I sent boxes 3 months ago with this forwarder but until now still unreceived in the Philippines,I was really disappointed! Anyone who has the same experience with this forwarder?

I send a smart TV to the Philippines by sea cargo they told me it will take maximum 3 months but it's already 6 months it was not yet delivered to my family, I checked with skyfreight office and they told me that my cargo was included in the container which was held by customs authority because there were prohibited items found in that container.. So skyfreight is really like that, so sad. I also had a bad experience with this forwarder as in the whole box was missing and take note its an air cargo. Same thing happened, I filled complain in their office and I listened to a loooong nonsense explanation and they really admit that my cargo was missing and they ask me to present all the receipt of the items in my box. And after you know what happen? NOTHING! this company is just good for nothing, nakakahiya mga pinoy pa naman ang owner. Ang galling nila magpaliwanag at mangako pero hanggang salita lang naman. OO nga pala skyfreight Qatar ano na nagyari sa box ko kinalumutan nyo nalang? ano na ang nangyari sa " Ang pumapasan ang syang nabibigatan? "

I consider SkyFreight here in Qatar same as in Al Khobar, KSA. They deliver well and my stuffs were received by my family in Cavite all in good shape and condition. There's just one thing I did not like about buying in advance their boxes, which were supposedly to be deducted from the final amount when you ship them already. The costs were not deducted and even mentioned that there was already an increase in both rates and boxes' cost. I did not like it but I guess the cost involved was covered by their service to my stuffs.
I don't want to be mad but it's to much its almost 3 months yet my package is still undelivered to my family. I call several times and they are providing me different info (i.e my package will arrive Sept 3, then after my package is for clearing with customs, the next time my package will arrive on Sept 29?).I called few minutes ago it seems I am not a customer because the person who answered the phone really don't know the word "CUSTOMER SERVICE" he is indeed raising his voice as if he is angry at me and he is telling me to call their Philippines office to make follow-up. If I only knew that your service really sucks I wouldn't had recommend your company to my friend. Too bad as he is already on vacation now and is coming back to Doha after 2 weeks yet his package is still undelivered...
i dont think it is...i had bad experience happened recently due to the delay of the arrival of my luggage and to think they are the one who gets angry when i confronted them regarding that matter...my friend as well blamed on me why did i send it through skyfreight since he had a very bad experience as well when his luggage arrived on his hometown it's already open and some of his belongings missing...customer service is not good!

I suggest you should mention here the details of your cargo like the receipt # and where it is headed?? How does the reader know that you are really a customer or just one of their competitor/s?? I'm not being like a devils advocate. But you know how stiff the competition now a days when it comes to cargo. Some competitors does this strategies just to let down one company, and it is unfair. Let's be sport!

I follow up yesterday they said it still in there warehouse undelivered. I don't know what really going on and the real story. You are right caliph, I shall wait for another 3 months. It really sucks!!!
It's a reliable forwarder. When I exited KSA 3 years ago, I chose 3 forwarders to ship my things to the Philippines and Skyfreight was one of them. My things with Skyfreight arrived in Manila after 3 weeks, much earlier than the others. Maybe you should consider the change of routes that vessels are taking nowadays. I think they are taking much longer routes to avoid the pirates in the Gulf of Aden. Forwarders have no control over the vessels that carry their cargo. Forwarders definitely don't own the vessels so if the vessel decided to dock for a month (unscheduled) in another country then your packages will be stuck with it. But it will arrive... for SURE. Unless the ship has already arrived in the Philippines and your packages has not reached its destination, then that is another story.
