What kind of visa could be issued (if possible only) to my nephew who is only 8 years old, if his mom who is working here have not reached the salary bracket of 7k riyals. Would it be possible that my husband will be the one sponsoring him since his mom's salary is not within the salary bracket for the child's visa be approved? The kid's mom wants his son to stay here for 2 to 3 months..what could be the possibilities for this kind of problem?
your nephews mom can get him a family visit visa at immigration for 1 month and can be extended up to 6 months.just need an NOC fr. her company,copy of moms marriage cert and QID,passport and birth cert of the child.
nothing... family visit visa is confined strictly to direct blood relations, i.e., husband, wife, sons & daughters who are not more than 21 years, and mom & dad. Other relatives outside of these are excluded.
