You have to pick your password up from your bank branch. The page works perfectly actually, and you can even athorize third party transfers from online banking.

I tried to do this also, but got rebuffed. i lost interest after the web page froze for the 5th time. It would appear to me that the web page is as useless as the back in real life.

I am not surprised that the persisting rumours about the bank being in financial difficulty are hanging around. Hard to believe mind as the Royal Family are supposed to own 51% of it, but there you go.

I believe that a visit to the main office would solve your problem.

If you are comfortable you can provide your number in the post and I will let you know a direct number to Dbank...

You have to go twice first time for applying and the next time to get your passward.
