So, do you think Hamas uses human shields?
I just saw this video online. No time/date so can't be sure when it was filmed (though a different link says it happened Jan.1), but I find it ironic: an Al-Arabiya news segment on the conflict in Gaza being filmed as Hamas shoots a rocket from a safe vantage point beneath the station building where the reporter is filming!
LOL!
I especially like her nervous smile and laughter...

Further searches have turned up other videos of (presumed) Hamas militants grabbing kids and running with them to avoid being shot at, Arabic newsfeeds from Gaza pleading for children to come to various houses to form human shields around leaders (so that then, when the IDF still targets them, Hamas can claim that they Israelis killed dozens of innocent civilians).
I'm happy there is a cease fire now in place, and I hope it lasts and that a more formal agreement is reached so the suffering can end. But I don't for one second believe that Hamas has the best interests of the people of Gaza at heart. They have their own agenda, and the poor people living in Gaza now are just a means to that end.
Another good article about the subject; this time, it implicates both sides:

You're right -- the Palestinian people voted for Hamas, and elected them fair and square. But the rest of the world's governments don't have to accept them or work with them, and this is kind of the situation we're in. The United States and the EU, along with several other countries (Canada, Japan, etc.), have branded Hamas a terrorist organization and will not deal with them officially.
So this then creates a conundrum: if other countries are willing to help the Palestinian people and send aid, etc. -- but not thru Hamas -- then it seems the Palestinian people will not be receiving a lot of help from certain sectors until they change their government.
NO as an answer for you question, and im very sad for some people that try to put their noise in something they know sh-t about it, 90% voted for hamas in election that USA itself describe it as democracy in the middle east.
and you want judge hamas, leave it to the Palestinians. They have the right to choose.
Bro, I agree with Tess , Real soldiers face their enemies head-on using tactical movements, neutralizing their opponents and give ample protection to their defenseless/innocent civilians. That is included in their Vowed Oaths and Conducts as a Gentlemen and a Soldier.
Cheers,
You are wrong "yogesh" he is 100% wrong, and im not sure if he is one of the solders of the "propaganda" war recently Zionest launch. Any Way The "Elected Government"
of Palestine without "Palestine 1948" AKA Israel which is HAMAS in this case has no other option but to defend it self from where it is ...u might call that a city..but where else can they go to defend them self please note that Gaza is very small territory.
The rudness in "yogesh" is when he plames the people of Palestine to Elect A certain party, in this case it is Hamas calaiming that Hamas is "limited" and he knows very well Hamas won the ellection with 76% victory.
If tomorrow the most fanatic party won the Zionest ellection some one like him or may be him will start parking that we have to respect the zionest people wish!! for a limited party may be ????
However hamas won the ellection and still people"Arabs among them" didn't like it..from day one they started to currupt this victory and tried to make it not working..finally when they cud not they put the government and the people of gaza under a siege for 3 years "please try to imagine that egypt has a border with gaza Not with Palestine 1948 AKA israel" nothing was allowed... NOTHING.
Please bear in mind that agents of Palestine 1948AKA israel in RAMALLAh the "west bank" are losing ground very fast and some people where qustioning there present and being. anyway
Yes you are sure about so many things "yogesh" one of the things we're sure about that Zionest and thier state is up on Palestine they have stolen palestine with the help of British people and the whole world "for some reason" is supporting them "including some people who are not suppose to"
Finally how dare any one who compares between the Zionest and the palestenian in this Massacre, one has the military support from every where on time "the 100 tunnes of ammunition from U.S.A on the 3rd day of Massacre" and the other one is under a siege for the last 3 years.
How Dare You.
THE ANSWER IS NO THE DEFENDER WERE NOT USING HUMAN SHILDS
ON THIER MOVE.
If you dont know clearly, please don't say any thing, 90% voters choose HAMAS for the leadership. may now that 99%. i am sure. Hamas only right leadership for Gaza and West Bank also. Because Hamas members are coming from High level Islamic background (Islamic Brotherhood).Hamas is the greatest gift for the Palastine People. Alhamthulillah!
before i tell ... tel me why are you asking ???
nooooo
The fact of the matter is tht innocent people are dying on both sides. And they're both using tht as an excuse.
Using people as human sheilds is absolutely wrong.
I think world needs to kick both sides of the Government out the the country, and put them on trial with the International Law.Let the people choose a new Government coz clearly the current ones arent doing sh**t.
All in All this has become more a Gang War than anything else.
I don't think so.
You are right. if they have problem with each other just go to the desert or something and fight there so that no collateral damage will be made.
" Only dead see's the end of war"
Real soldiers should fight against their enemies on a battleground, and not pull a trigger on a busy street or launch a missile attack from a school building. Real soldiers protect their civilians, especially women and children. Real soldiers do not hide behind an innocent citizen as they strike. But I guess, the rules of engagement have changed.
Yes you are right my friend.
Palestinians were given ample of time and space all these months to prove themselves that what they needed was their own land and to be called their own country-land.
But, Palestinians (I repeat - not Hamas) are to be blamed for not grabbing that was offered to them, instead they supported hardliner Hamas, simply opposing Israel and instigating their strong globally backed neighbor.
I do have all my sympathies towards each Palestinian, at the same time they themselves are to be blamed for current situation.
And yes, Israel does have one of the best Intelligence- Division in the world, do you think they have not closely monitored activities within Gaza all these months?
I am sure, Israeli Army is not that senseless to directly target kids and civilians on the streets of Gaza, infact their Army's actions were directly supported by many governments and indirectly by Arab states as well.
Don't forget, Arab states watched two full weeks of Israeli terror (anticipating Iran to strike at Israel is different story), is enough proof that Palestinians (I repeat - not Hamas) had lost their goodwill by blindly supporting limited Hamas members. According to me, Hamas has caused more damage and harm to common man on the street than by the Israeli's.
Any comments?

(they kill his family and he gets a payback)
2.- Collateral: Tom Cruise, Jamie Fox (2004)
(a "for hire killer" trying to do his job
and Jamie comes to be the taxi driver for
