Hi, I´m looking for one room, suite with kitchen and bathroom in corniche area, near city center, with pool, gym, coffe shop etc. (for 10.000-12000 Qr/month)
If you look behind the Al Mana towers on C ring road, there are 1 bed apartments for let in a complex/building called Lavender. they are QR9,500 and there is a small gym and pool available. I know it is not on the Corniche, but it's not far away!
Some of the buildings in Westbay (near City Center) have 1 Bedroom suites but more like 13,500 QR range.
I think Ezdan has 1 bedroom units for 11,000 QR but the quaility of the apartment and customer service may not be good. (You can read tons of complaints about EZDAN in QL)
