Ristretto cafe in Villagio

Yesterday I went with the family to Villagio and decided to dine in Ristretto cafe.

The food was very good but the service was not that good and slow.

The cafe was not crowded. there was only total of 3 tables including ours.

They have mistaken one of the orders and the waiter tried to Convincing me to take it as take away.

Although it looked delicious, but I told him why should I pay for it if I didn't order it.

When we first ordered my sister ordered a take away dish for her husband. but by the time we were done they just placed the order and needed around 15 minutes.

and they were not happy serving us.

I hope they change their service because their food is very good

The same thing happened to us TWICE!! they mistaken our order with something else and told us to take it if we liked, but I refused so they told us to take it as it was on the house!! yay!!!

They have really BAD service!

I was there twice. The food is very so so. I do prefer Romano's Macaroni Grill. Thanks for the review anyway.
