Credit card without annual charges?

Can any one advise me on which credit card to apply for in Qatar, In mean with good services and less ripoff's.

I am looking for a credit card without annual charges.

Dear

in place of credit card, please try to manage with ATM card.

credit card can be hacked but ATM can not.

Like Mastercard with Emiratesskyward points or Visa with Qatarmiles etc

Mashreq Bank, but your salary account must be with them. Doha Bank might have higher interest than the standard rates since it's life-time free. Ask around. Remember, banks are in the business of making money. No such thing as a free lunch in banks.
