And as I know, you can move out from the hotel that you booked in originally. No need to be stuck with the same hotel.

If you are planning to visit, then all you need is to get a visit visa from Qatar airways and come
But if you already have your visa then no need for sponsers, just check the validity of ur visa , book and Welcome on board ;)
