it is pretty cool at early mornings and late evenings...yes, bit warm during afternoons. Enjoy the climate, this is the best time in Qatar.
May be, it is depending your age and blood pressure; that makes you feel really hot, like my son keeps his A/C on during night.
I agree compare to previous years in Qatar, it is less cold
