How can I find a CLEAN-MAID?

Is this really so hard to find a -properly/careful working, hygenic - WOMAN maid for cleaning, 4-5 times/month, for a 2 bedroom apartment in city center???THE MAIN AND ONLY EXPECTATION IS VACUUM CLEANING/IRONING/PRESSING ( WHICH MEANS 3-4 HOURS IN A VISIT)
