Are cooking utensils best if bought of steel or silver? I heard continous cooking in silver leads to cancer.

I know there is a connection with Silver and cyanide/arsenic but not cancer (note there is probably more cyanide in an apple pip than there is on your teaset ... Yes, I researched it! next time do your own research!!!

If you are using regular steel pots then Stainless steel utenisils are best, however for non-stick pans plastic is better as it will not chip the teflon coating.
i think platinum is better or titanium buy that :D
