My 15 year old daughter wants to visit family friends in Dubai. I do not want to have to pay an extra airfare to accompany her. Is it possible for me to send her if she travels alone?

Its not only for Manager / business men. Some other categories, engineers etc also can avail visa on arrival at DXB airport. But in your case, it is not possible that ur daughter alone can go there. U have to accompany her and also u have to make sure that u r entitled to get visa on arrival there.

As far as i remember this visa at airport entry is for only manager/business people.
Children are not allowed to use this.
I remember my cousin wanted to visit Qatar from Dubai and airline didn't allow him to board without visa, as his status on Dubai RP was student.
better get it checked.

there shouldn't be any prob as far as she is having a valid RP of Qatar. it's better to get visa from UAE embassy first rather than sending her on airport visa to avoid any hassles at DXB airport.
