Which are the better/best expat compounds to rent a villa?

I am looking to move out of Garvey's in the next month or two and I wanted to know which are the better/best expat compounds to get a shared villa?

I will be recieving 9000 QR a month housing allowance and would be looking to rent a 3-4 bedroom villa with 2 other people, this would give us a total allowance of 20-30000 QR a month. Could someone suggest some nice locations.

Also there has been a lot of talk of landlords struggling to fill accommodation and have consequently started lower rent prices, shall I stay at garveys until these prices fall even lower?

Any insight would be helpful, thanks.

if your contract won't expire then stay for a while coz renting fees might decline soon;

I advice you with the Beverly hills compound, its on your way to villagio, and there is another compound, its on the E-ring road beside American academy...its really comforting & gd!
