hey guys! please tell me which is the best exercise for obliques/love handles (waist). i want to reduce my waist line to 3-4 inches in a month.by which exercise it is possible?? do you think brisk walking will help to reduce the overall body fat?
Lift weights Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Run Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.....Whatever you want one day per week. Eat healthy, lots of protein and veggies....
Yeah building muscle builds fat, But the big muscles like the legs and calves need or use energy so if you build or push them you will burn fat!
little muscles like your abs etc, they count but youd need to do like a billion situps to use as much energy as yoru legs would burn in a 20 min run if you get me?

If there is no food it purely burns stored KJouls, But it doesnt start burning until you have got yoru heart rate up to aerobic status wich takes 20 minutes to initialise!
Try it over 2 weeks, if you work in 4 min incriments, 3 mins of skipping, then 1 minute of pushups/situps/stretches then back to skipping for 3 min rounds! and so on for say 5 times in total!
if you did this morning and evening and then ate rice and veges a bit of meat and seafood, but mainly rice but in small portions you will lose 5 kgs a week! I guarentee it! Maybe not in the first week but you will boost yoru metabalism and keep it up youll feel more active and the fat will drop off and your exercise wont seem like a chore but rather youll want to run everywhere!

Take the stairs and not the lift! little things like that make a difference!
Dont eat big meals before going to bed as the food just sits in yrou stomach and turns to fat!

lift up head and chest and legs in the air and count 5
its means your hip and back should touch the earth
only... (shoulder's in the air...)

You must do at least 20 100 meter sprints each day. Stretch you obliques after every sprint.
stop eating fried food. more to raw or more vegies/fruits. drinks lots of water, stop alcohol, soda and sweets.
walk min 30minutes a day. better if you can do jogging or run on the treadmill machine.

Twist exercise, the one which only twist's ur down part. It will reduce ur fat from sides.
