IBQ service
I had a bank account with IBQ for 3 months and the service is awfull. I had so many issues like:
- ATM card doesn't work all the time. Once I was stuck abroad with no cash etc.
- You need to wait for weeks to have a basic service such as checks or others.
- The only bank in Doha with no online banking.
- In 3 months I didn't have a single account statement.
- I receive sms when bank account status changes (withdrawal etc.) after 5 hours of the transaction sometimes not.
- etc,
Do you share the same experience can you talk about your experience with hem?
Am having a current account with IBQ for the 4 months... I received statement from them monthly wise. They have also online banking for sure... since i can check my statements online. But 1 silly question... i know that holder of Current Accounts dont have maintaining monthly balance?. Guest Wat?.. i was total broke last month and my remaining balance on bank (IBQ) was on QR 53 .. but then they deducted QR 25 for minimum balance charges...
Now, How much is the maintaining balance for current accounts with IBQ?...
Since i was with Doha Bank for the past 3years Saving Account up to now its active...
i totaly agree, IBQ is by far the worst bank I have banked with. Very few branches, nothin on line, very few evening branches and if anyone has seen the "supposed" branch at Villagio, they will agree that it is nothin more than a table and two stools.
All banks in Qatar are rubbish. It took Commercial Bank two years (!) to realize that I've changed my address!
