iphone green dial icon is totally dead. Anyone know how to fix it without losing my stollen applications.

Once I connected the iphone with net, then the green iphone dialer is totally defunct. I would like to know how fix it or anyone has expertise to remedy this problem. pls feed me back., There are many purchased and free applications in it if again i sycronise then it may be fully locked by itunes then I will lose many of them that has no back up in my system. coz some of the applications have been installed through different comp. I will appreciate if someone can just assist me coz now i cant dial but i can receive calls by moving slider. Thanks in advance.

2 Search for BossPrefs and install it

3 Go to BossPrefs and tap "More"

4 Tap "Fix User Dir Permissions"
