Exit visa for money
Hi pls advise,
my friend got sponsor last year, which gave him sponsorship without working for her.
The sponsor Iranien woman wants a lot of money for release. We got lawyer, but he is not good for that.
How he can get exit visa and come back on visitors visa?
Enybody knows?????

Aren't the authorities also starting to look more closely at sponsors who do not actually employ the people they sponsor? Wouldn't this lady also be in trouble if she is reported for doing this?
Well, that's the problem with illegal visas. The "sponsors" know that they can extort a lot of money because when you break the law you have no legal recourse. I hope a lot of people read this thread and think twice about getting themselves into such a situation.
Well first of all paying money for free visa is illegal. So forget about the money your friend has paid to Iranian Qatari Woman. Even lawyer or police will not support your cause.
Secondly, if she is serious about leaving Qatar for good, she can approach straightway CID Dept. with one way open ticket, so that they will call the sponsor and arrange her smooth deportation.
Without obtaining NOC from present sponsor I do not think it is possible for your friend to comeback to Qatar. Try to mediate thru some known ppl and come for compromise for sponsorship change, that is only best alternative for her survival in Qatar. Hope you got me.
