I'm working in a China company's qatar office. My nationality is Chinese and I can talk and write in Arabic.
We have had a PRO responsible for apllying visas for company's staff, whose nationality is Sudan.
What I want to know is that how I can get certification or something like that, and get the job of PRO instead of him?

Me too. So, I checked the gender of the original poster on his profile before replying.

mohamed.arafa - In India we have no PRO's except for those other kind of PRO's (as Britexpat) who ply their trade on Grant Road and Juhu Beach Mumbai

I've never seen any Qatari PROs. Most are from Egypt, Sudan, Syria, Pakistan, India ...

Well, two thoughts. Am I right in reading that you want to take his job away from him? That's not a very nice thought. And secondly our PROs in Education City are not Qatari. But they have been here many, many years and know the system inside and out and speak Arabic fluently and do a wonderful job. These are the kind of guys who would do anything for anyone. Are you that kind of guy?

PRO don't need LandCruisers.. Company provides them with the vehicle :).. other than that all is true, especially point 3.
