Hi all,

Hope all doing well.

I have a problem to attend imediately,

My wifes having a work Visa. she went for the medical and the medical FAIL due to un fitness according to Law of qatar though she is fit according to Doctor.

But anyhow dayafter tomorow she will get the report on her medial as not Approve.

So I need to know whether I can release her from the sponsor and take her under a Visit Visa. By this will the Medical get cancel?

And will this medical report affects for her to reapply when she come under a family Visa Again?

Can I Apply now a Visit Visa with the Release letter from the sponsor?

She can come back on visit visa but not for six months as for six months again medical will be applicable

but check the reason y it is going to b not approve

check the reason of decease,,

If it is like, malaria, hepatites, HIV etc, TB, etc cannot get another visa to apply.

Once he cancell the visa and gets out from Qatar and coming back to Qatar witn visit visa is possible...
