I have heard that in order to get a driving license, I will have to go to traffic department for eye test?
Where is the office of traffic department in Doha & also is there any office of traffic department in al-khore?

Hi,

Yes u have to… go to Mathar kadeem Police station with the driving license application form along with ur sponsor letter & RP copy before 12noon. U can do it their.

In Tofi case he would have had a gulf license. In that case the procedure is as per his one. But if you’re a fresh applicant definitely you have to follow the steps as I written.

Good Luck!!!!

You do not require to go to the traffic department for eye test at all. You may go to any optician and get your eye test done and then with the result you can join a driving school. I was lucky that I didn't have to go through the driving course. I got my license on a direct test.

Anyway, good luck with the test
