But yours is definitely better. Much more close up and sharper. I presume Wanderer used a smaller, more mobile camera. Just an assumption, really, though.

To be honest when I was shooting, I was focusing so hard on keeping the divers within my camera focus points that I really did not pay attention to the quality of the dives. But I do remember a particularly very low set of scores, not sure if it was a single diver or doubles. That is most likely that Ukranian diver.

Hats off to those divers however. They are really masters of their trade and it was great to see them upclose. One can get a real appreciation to the skills involved. Great stuff and good to see events like this in Doha.

I saw a lot of people taking photos. Is there anyone out there who can share his/her pics?

Great pictures buddy. Have you seen the awful somersault execution by this Ukrainian diver? It was one of those ah-oh moments and someone even gave 1 point! Oh well, I quite enjoyed watching the game.

Nikon D700 digital SLR. For the technically minded, I was using a 70-200mm f2.8 zoom lens.

Thank you all for your kind comments. There are more action photos but I am still sorting through about 800 images that I took. I then have to edit them on photoshop to make them acceptable for posting on QL. I will add some more in the next few days.

Great pictures. We only watched last Saturday but you captured the moments. This is like 10 million times better than the photo in the GT article last Sunday, which was just a grab from a video feed hahah.
