my recent experience with CEID< was they didn't even look at that particular Arabic "NOC" Letter; instead asked me for the specific Official Application form for Minsitry of residence and social affairs for change of sponsorship .. duly filled by first sponsor, signed and stamped and with all your particualrs in detail.
they just kept a copy of it and that's it.

why would you need an English version???
I am under family sponsership so i need to prepare one that is why I am searching for some sample.
For CID you need a NOC from your current employer stating that he is ok to transfer your sponsorship to the new employer, and the new employer should give you a letter addressed to the CID describing the name, position that he offered you, the salary, nationality, level of education, name of the company.
There is no fix templates, each HR department within any company should have a template for those purposes.
