When I was pregnant with my last one I couldnt sleep without a body pillow, so I made one. The materials can be found in the souq easily, and all you have to do is take it to the tailor with an illustration and some rough measurements and they can do it for you. Make sure it is long enough so that it will also support your ankles.
please have a look at the pharmacy (i think the name was Al Kholood or similar one ) which is opposite of TV r/a.its a huge one who supplies any needs.wish u a healthly pregnancy n birth.
