what about if the visa was already cancelled?
thank you for answering my question...i found out that both our visa was already cancelled...can i still return in qatar? and how? i also heard that once the visa was cancelled automatic the visa holder were banned.For how many years does it takes before i can enter in qatar again?

answer:
> Q1 - you can contact your employer to have a letter address to POEA & Qatar Embassy. allowing you to travel under a temporary travel visa, stating that it will be renewed upon arriving to doha. (it happen to my relative and it works)
> Q2 - then NO way you can enter doha, using your present visa. NOC is useful only if you are inside doha and looking for a prospect employer, with in the grace period of 2 years.
> note: entering doha with expired visa has no chance... only if you are having tourist visa, visiting visa etc., thats another case.

years correct u are banned for 2 years but if u have NOC u can comeback anytime u want.. is your company inform u & give u 1month notice for cancelling your visa?
If you have NOC, you can come anytime.
If you donot have NOC, you have to wait for 2yrs !!

after 2yrs from the date of cancellation but if you have NOC, then you can come back anytime you want
