What you do are you working here with a RP in your own name and what about your husband?? If the kids are fully dependent on you and this could be verified by the Qatar Embassy in your country then you can sponsor them.
i suppose you are employed here, so go speak with your HR department and ask them if you're eligible to sponsor your kids. the new labor law allows that, but given a specific salary requirement or something. find out from your HR department. good luck.
