How to remove Encryption from a file in WindowsXP

Dear Friends

I mistakenly created an Certificate in WindowsXp for a file, but now i reinstalled windowsxp and that certifcate has been lost, so that i cannot able to copy the datas from that file. can anyone help me to remove the encrpted certificate from the file. if i try it says Access denied.. pls help me out

i think you need to restore the windows in perveios date

go 1 accessories

2 sytem tool

3 sytem restore and clcik on it

4 then chese the date befor you install the software

Just download software and it will help you.. if you are using windows XP, if you using Windows Vista then forget that.

You can't do anything... you should have backed-up the encryption key (a pfx file)...
