i workt with a company wich they did'nt make me a contract, they just give me the offer lether, and they say that the contract they will doit later but they did'nt..i just took 2 times my full salary and then they give give me parts of it.. like, 500 hundred now..1000 later an so on..right now i stoped work with them cause they os holding me home by the pretext that there is nothing to do..and no money.and they did'nt pay me for 2 months and they refuse to pay me..because they dont have money, but they still work on projects..what can i doo??? please..

hi...... try to visit ur embassy,they have their legal department/counsel there.& u may nid 2 bring some photocopy of pertinent papers
maybe they r just working in this projects to try to pay salaries only, so u have to try to speak gently , or find any near person to them,or fetch for some one working with them who is afraid from god, and god bless u.

I saw thread that the employer cancel his visa & I read an article that for those employer will not give salary by their employer must finalized by the government. If i were you go the labor department and bring your evidence with you
