from past few weeks,i m passing sleepless nights,2-3times in a week for no reason no tension,is there any medical treatment or exercise for this,my age is 25.really need your help friends......

drink one or two glasses of Warm Fresh Milk like 5 minutes before you go to bed,, (Milk has speciality for one to calm down the brain).. this is the reason, grandmothers (u will find normally in remote areas) give milk to children before they are off to sleep.
try & iam sure this will help..!! I was the same & this helped me. :)

Kidding aside, AVOID THINKING A LOT WHILE ABOUT TO SLEEP.. INSTEAD, COUNT FROM 1-1000, PAUSE EVERY 100TH, AND SURELY AT 1000TH, you are already asleep hehe!

I read one article in yahoo about the same problem of yours,there was at least 10 tips of how to take a good sleep.Just check it out at least you can get some ideas from there & its up to you if you will follow...
For my personal suggestion,avoid taking too much caffaine in your diet,take a lot of exercise & have some sunshine in the morning.

avoid drinking coffee esp. at night...
freshen up before going to bed by taking a warm bath and listen to a "slow" phase music...

As every one else said...let your body and mind get tired...
What ever amay it be....wake up by 6-7am...dont sleep in the afternoon..

all you need is to fall back in routine...

Take deep breaths for 5 minutes, or until you fall asleep. Be stress-free when you rest in bed, even only in your imagination.
Go to the gym make yourself tired and before going to bed red some good books with glass of warm milk.
Try it.
