Ghajini was a Memento rip-off!

Why didn't anybody told me about this before I had it watched on video?? God I know Christopher Nolan's Memento almost perfectly that I can't believe this Aamir Khan movie (or just half of it) was a rip-off!
Only saved by a somewhat straightforward drama in the latter half.
I also had the same set of reaction when I watched Black as it was also recommended to me. Nobody also told me it was a The Miracle Worker rip-off! (or also just the half of the film) Also only saved by an extended drama in the next half!
Next time, before you recommend me a Bollywood movie make sure you tell me which film it was ripped off, ok? So that I may not feel a bit disappointed to make me say 'it's a rip-off of some familiar movie'.

If Momento was a "Rip off" of Ghajni Tamil??? NO comments...
Coz the Tamil one is I think 6-7 yrs old movie...
Don know about Momento.....
B t w... its not "Rip Off" THe word used in India is "Inspiration" not much in Stories... But music.. Jus Don ask....

Typical of the bloody Indians..always looking for the easy way out to make money, why cant all those movie producers, script writers, story writers etc just come out with a damn original idea? I feel these guys just go out watch some English film and then thrown in their own twist and make a movie with the whole song and dance thrown in. I mean most of the time even their songs are a rip-off.

that it was a rip-off movie, SHOLAY was a well-made film.
take each of the ingredients the script, fotography, direction, acting.............
the same cannot be said about the other Bollywood Masala films !!! LOL
