How will I get RP for my wife and son Indian I am working for Vodafone Qatar?

Assalamvalekum,
Can anyone please tell me how should I go about getting a visa RP for my Indian wife and my son watt are the requirements like salary required documents and how many days it takes to process the visa if anyone can give me a contatct no for embassy for details I would appreciate that.

Getting Permanant Resident permit required follwoing ...

- salary must be not below 7,000QR

- bank statement for at least 6 months (optional)

- utility bills (water & elect)

- certificates authenticated by embassy of your native, and ministry of foreign affairs Qatar

- copy of house contract

- educational certificates authenticated same as above

- salary certificate from employer or your company no objection certificate

Submit these requirements to dept of labor, after 3 days u get the result if approved or not, then ckeck wiht website is approved or not...
