I need your advice in a certain issue. I bought this ac 1.5 ton from lulu 2 days ago and its small for the room, i wanted to upgrade it to 2.0 ton, will or can the customer service help?
Lulu Hyper market customer service is below average , if we buying electronic good we make the payment and then we have to wait until there time not your , delivery guys behaved like they are giving us something free. also many of the section customer care is below average
i feel its horrible service esp wen it packed with people gosh the salesmen gets mad and some doesnt know how to handle the suitation ... and they just dont return back to your enquiry !
I came across this incidence once ...i was waiting at the Customer Service desk waiting to get a Gift Voucher (which took ages) just then a kid's father arrived and told one of the attender at the desk that his daughter is missing and can they announce so that their daughter might come to the Customer Service desk .... guess wat they said ..." sorry we cant ... coz there's no point in announcing" it seems!!!! i felt tat was the most rude reply they can give a panicking parent!!! if he said that to me ...i would have blasted his head
Lulu Hypermarket service is not great. For all brands of electrical & electronic items, they act like sales agent, take your order after payment & forward to distributor, any problems they refer you to service center, it is between you and the brand item you purchase.

It should be included to their return and exchange policy..

in your cash receipt there is a note ,, electronic items no return no exchange.. appliances return within 7 days..
better u take this issue to them .
