my iphone 3g hav problem, how to solve it?

mu new iphone 3g is not responding after the phone call, even i cant cancel the call when after i dialed a number and it is not responding after the call for some time, wat is the problem?, hw can i solve this,

u use turbosim or something else..i heard turbo sim has problems with the new firmware..

try to remove any software like kate which mess with the springboard, kate has some major problems wit the devce..

try to download a software called free mem from itunes and free up some memory..

when u restore/upgrade make sure u know which iphone baseband you hav as the newr basebands cant be unlcoked it would require something like rebel sim or turbosim..

if u have a rebel or turbo sim..upgrade while the sim is removed and then jailbreak with quickpwn and den try..

i already reset it several times and also reset software. but still the problem not solved. please anyone help me (Need to jail break or unlock this phone?)
