Damac

are there any Piazza owners here? Whats the latest on their construction? They were expected to start a year back and till now there is nothing. A friend of mine who has booked a flat is very concerned. Why dont all the people who have booked there get together to pressurise Damac to either start or pay the money back. Doesnt Qatari Diar have any control over these developers? Is there a way to push them to deal with Damac?

lusail doesn't look to be inhabitable for the coming 5 years at least... I don't believe they can start in september... how many promises were made, none were met...

Latest inside info from the halls of damac is that they are looking for a consultant to start work around September. Those who bought off distressed sellers will probably make a bundle by the end of the year.

I have one in Lusail (Piazza-I)..

I have been told not to pay anymore until they ask for it...

Apparently, delay is from the master developer (Qatari Diar), they have'nt released the land to Damac yet...

Living with Pizza, until then... ;)

000...that is what I read too...

Looks like if all the owners come together and take the construction in their own hands it might get constructed faster.......I am talking about the Pizza now....lol
