Car repairs - where is a place for minor body repairs

I have a minor scrape on my vehicle. I scrapped the pole of my carport - duh. Do I need to get a police report to get this fixed and where is a good repair place.
What is the procedure - it is a new car - fully insured

Get a police report, it will cost about 2 or 300 QR, don't claim on insurance too much hassle and too costly. Go to Oasis on the industrial estate get a quote and if you like the price, drop the car off when they open at 6:00am and pick it up when you have finished work.
