Dear Naveen,

Its sad that some people replied to you in a very rude manner dont mind this is the world we are living in.

I am sure you must be having a contract copy so show it to some body who can advise you in this regard having said that I dont think that you have to pay 5000 to go back maximum you may have to buy the air ticket for the one way journey.

take care and be strong

I think you are a TROLL. Evry time you come up with the different stories. you have just said in your other post:

"naveen_ravindran said Resignation ...

Comapny asking me to give one month salary for accepting the resignation.

Sat, 09/05/2009 - 1:36pm"

so either your salary is 5000 or they ask you to pay 1750. make up your mind, dude!

and what kind of help do you expect anyway?? you think someone will go and beg your sponsor to lower your payment? or what do you exactly want? We explained to you 100 times: this is your Comany's right! they CAN do it! If you want, you can go and beg them..that's all you can do...

This is becoming spam.

YOU WANT to go back.

YOU DON'T WANT to pay QR5000.

It's YOUR PROBLEM.

It depends on your contract if its fixed term and what it says in the contract. You will not get any good answers if you question is vague.
