Am residing in Fareej Al Nasr Area, can anyone guide me where to find the nearest Health centre inorder to make health card for my kids.

UkEng is right..Omn Bin Katab Health Center,see this link, about how to reach there..now it's easier on D ring..but who knows...Good luck!
