Wet/ Dry Electric shaver

Actually I am looking for a wet/ dry electric shaver.
I would like to use wet shavers since I have not so good experience of dry shaving on my skin..
any advise from anyone..if someone can share his experiences on both dry and wet shaving
and also any recommendations on which is best wet/ dry shaver

i think Philips and Panassonic are making very nice wet/dry shavers. so u can use any of them
