I AM WORKING HERE MORE THAN 2 YEARS, I CHANGE MY SPONCERSHIP TO NEW COMPANY 4 MONTHS BEFORE. THAT TIME MY AGREEMENT BASIC+LUMPSAM , WHEN I ASK ABOUT THIS HR TOLD IF U NOT WORK OT/FRIDAYS ALSO U WILL GET TOTAL AMOUT OF UR SALARY COZ, ITS JUST ADJUSTMENT. I BELIVE THAT. NOW ITS MORE THAN 12 HOURS SITE WORKS ALL DAY WITHOUT PAY ANY OT. IF ASK ABOUT THIS THEY SAYING U HAVE LUMPSAM. SO IF I WORK 8 HOURS AS PER AGREEMENT CAN I GET FULL SALARY?. NOW THEY R SAYING IF I DIDNT WORK 12 HOURS THEY DIDNT PAY FULL SALARY , SHULD CUT LUMPSAM.. SO IF I WORK 1HOUR EXTRA CAN I GET LUMPSAM. PLS LET ME KNW WAT IS MEAN BY 'LUMPSAM'. COZ SO MANY COMPANIES R MAKES TROUBLE TO THIS POOR WORKERS. LIK ME. SO PLS BEWARE ABOUT UR AGREEMENT,...SO PLS ANSWER ME FRIENDZ....

Man... I think u need to see what is exactly written in your contract. It should say how much is ur actual working hours... Accordingly it should also say how much is lumpsum amount they would pay... The contract also should mention what is the overtime rate you should receive... What should be ur basic... Please read them first then speak to the HR. But if now the contract is not mentioning any of these things then this is a serious matter. Being outsiders we don't have much previlege to fight against the company. But the fight can be taken up before joining... Anyway please check whats there in your contract... Wish u all the luck...
