hey..just be yourself..dont get embarassed with your english..dont ever think that those natives speak english well..no they don't..they have lapses in their grammars too..its not a good idea to learn their pronunciation since they will make you stupid, unless you go to US or UK to immerse yourself totally with their culture and lifestyle, by then, you will be able to adapt their pronunciation..there's no such thing as perfect english..those natives are just mumbling with no sense at all..and they still look stupid pretending that they know everything...watching english movies, reading books will help..
Practice makes perfect. Do not feel shy talking in English. Read English newspaper and watch a lot of English films. If there are words you don't know, write it down and ask somebody later. Good luck.

Find yourself English dvds; they almost always have a subtitle option, and also write down words that have an allure to you, and that you like to say.
Also, an English teacher as suggested before would be fantastic, they would strip down the language to the basics and build it up from a skeleton.
If i had the time, I would teach you for a few Riyals...but I have a tornado-like work schedule :-)
Also, I did spoiled my english pronounciation too when i started talking with NATIVES. They have made my english look miserable. So don't bother yourself & them by speaking english with them so oftenly.

I did improve my english vocabulary by watching alot of Movies,Documentary,Newspapers or any material written in English.
