Release from present sponsor
can anyone advise.
I provided NOC and release letter from my previous sponsor to join my present employer.I am working with my present employer since 5 years. Now that I am not satisfied with the HR policy and the managment is not fullfilling the commitments ,can I demand for a release to join other promotion. What are the criteria based on which I can ask for a release. Can these reasons be considered.
1)Promoting less experienced personnel who joined after me.
2)Granting higher increment to personnel who joined after me in the organisation even though the performance ratings are equal .
3)Not granting the status and salary for the position in which I am performing my duty now.
4)Assurance from head of the organisation(in writting ) for considering package review but no actual action taken after 6 months.
5)Asked to work extended hours (12 Hrs everyday officially) for last 6-7 months.
6)Denial to grant annual leave after completion of 1.5 years and thretaning to terminate the contract if I insist to go on leave.
Please let me advise what I have to do to get the release
I'm afraid the NOC is entirely at the discretion of your current employer. Any unfair treatment will not be taken into account.
Sorry, no, an NOC is not a punishment for an employer who does not live up to expectations.
All what you're saying is irrelevant...
You don't have a right to NOC, the sponsor can choose to give it to you, if they want to.
