Is there any government authority in Qatar to lodge a complaint against irresponsible contractors?
There is a building under construction near our office. The sprinkle of tar (Black thick paint like coating applied on walls before fixing glasses) and cement are falling on our parked car. When we went to construction site to complaint, no one is entertaining us. Our cars get spoiled every day. This tar and cement damages our car paint. There is any solution for this? Is there any government authority in Qatar to lodge a complaint against this type of irresponsible contractors? Please advice.

You can call either the Municipality or the Police.
why dont u park ur car away from construction site...........duh
yeah... depending who you are, but calling the police is the best way to start
first step is to call the police,,, destruction of private property, that will definitely teach them a lesson, if you are lucky they could stall the construction work for some time if you have a strong point.
