Old Qatari Riyal BIlls- where to exchange?

Little Help please..I am just wondering most of the shops, supermarkets and other establishments are not accepting the circulating old money here in Doha... Are there any shops or money changers who changes the old bill, aside from Central Bank?(where is it located)???the central bank they are talking....

It is next to the signal lights (near the Oyester with a pearl) on corniche road, just before the Emiri Diwan roundabout.

The Central bank is on Corniche road. It is just next to Fanar/Souq Waqif.
