Qatar Foundation Grading for Engineer

What is a good job grade offer for Civil Engineer with Five years experience in major oil company in GCC from Qatar Foundation. I hold Msc and BS form top 10 universities of the world.

I have no idea of the grading system at QF, but my basic salary at my current employer is 28,000 Qatari Riyal equivalent plus housing and benefits.

Which grade do think is equivalent to my current pay at QF?
