TheLand to inspect Pearl Property Start July

I own an apartment in the Pearl Qatar Building (8B); the developer is "The Land". I've received a letter from "The Land" saying that they'll start contacting owners starting July 2009 to inspect the apartments and this process will take about 3 months.

Did anyone receive the same letter? And is this genuine or its just a way for another delay?
