Now a days where ever you will go in Doha, a lot of new buildings are vacant and waiting for tenants. But their rents are still very high. When the rents are expected to be down again ? Thanks
The rents are really not high but it depends on where are you looking for example if it is in Al Sadd or in the West bay, it is still high, however it has dropped down
by 25 %.
Due to my understanding in the real estate,it will not drop down anymore.

They looks like empty, but you will find cats and some Jinnis occupied, when they vacate, you will be welcomed to occupy it. lol.
It's coming down slowly, by the end of this year we can expect a change.
