NHA department timings? (For birth certificate)

Does anyone know the working hours for NHA department beside Lulu Centre in Rayyan road? Actually I need to get birth certificate for my new born baby. And also please let me know within how many days I have to apply visa for him and what the procedure are. Would be highly appreciated!

timing is from 7 am to 1 pm (Sun-thurs).

Visa can be done in 1 day only at Main immigration ,building 2.Be sure to have complete document like babies passport,birth certificate ,parents QID,Blood typing,ID picture,marriage cert,filled up form for family visa(you can get it in front of bldg 2.

Go there after 7 am in the morning, collect the application form from the counter, then you can take it home, fill it up and return it along with the copies of the specified documents..

You will get the certificate in 7 days.. The Qatari ladies working there speak reasonable English, and are helpful...
