Unaccompanied Baggage

I know this was asked before, but could anyone direct me to a cargo agent that does unaccompanied baggage? I mean when you are flying and your extra luggage arrives on the same or earlier flight but without having to pay those airport excess baggage rates?

I'm looking at sending to East Africa.

Won't you get this info from the Travel Agency who booked the ticket for you unless you brought your tickets from the net? I have done this but my destination was Doha.

In any case you can send your stuff through air-cargo for around Qr.8 to Qr.10/- per kilo delivered to your home. I guess this is pretty convienient.
