Can I Enter Qatar thru Business Visa or Visit Visa during my 2 year ban?

I got my RP canceled 'cause of the dispute between me and my employer regarding my contracted salary. To cut it short hindi ko natapos ang contract (9 mos.lang)ko more often than not nakikipag argue ako lagi sa employer ko at naging pasaway sa office. Until time came na hindi na cguro niya kinaya nag advice siya na mag pa booked ako ng plain ticket to Manila at the company's expense. Most probably may employment ban ako for 2 years upon exit. Ang tanong ko mga kababayan ko.upon exit ko sa Doha pwede ba ako makabalik using Business Visa or Visit Visa?may mga legal hindrance ba para makakuha ako ng mga nasabing visa during my 2 year ban? Ilang taon ba talaga ang banned? Ano difference ng Canceled RP sa Banned?

You can come back here but cant work, aside from, it would be a waste of time and money and effort coming back here bec. no one will employ you, and you can not stay here for more than 28 days.

Try to apply to nearby countries and be cautious with your attitude next time, you should be linient and patience, avoiding arguing with your employer. If there is any problem with the contract, you should approach the proper authority.

you can come back by visit or business visa during the 2 yrs ban period, pero hindi ka pwede mag work at hindi ka pwedeng ma transfer sa working visa (kung may mapasukan ka new company) until you reach the 2 yrs... once your visa is cancelled, you will be ban to work in Qatar for 2 yrs.. yan po pag kaka-alam ko

when you exit Qatar did your sponsor cancelled your visa, it should have stamp cancelled in your passport, if not the 2 yrs counting will start upon the expiry of your visa or after six months (whichever come first) ksi automatic cancell ang visa after 6 months na hindi ka bumalik ng qatar...

hope it help

Sa pagkakaalam ko ang 2-year banned is di ka na makakabalik..the immigration can only give you work visa after the 2-year ban...better wait for 2 years to make sure...but i've known some friends na nakabalik din d2 at nag-wo-work...better try to get a visa for you (from one of your friend here)....they will see kung ano ang real status mo....My sister also worked here in Qatar and resigned after a one-year contract (with employment certificate, one-month notice and proper handing-over), pero I can't get her because the employer imposed a "banned" aside from the 2-year mandatory banned...the immigration department asked me to get NOC from her previous employer before giving her tourist/visit visa..
