A piece of agricultural land is on my name in Pakistan. I want to transfer my power of Attorney to my Brother. Is it possible to do that through Pakistan Embassy without going back to Pakistan. If any body has already been through the same situation please share the experience. Would highly appreciate if any one refer me to some official working in Pakistan Embassy who can help me there.
Best Regards
Abid

I am going to do the same, but remember one thing if you intent to sell this property to your brother and you are doing POA on his name, than he will not be able to change

becuase the person on whose name you do POA he/she cannot buy that property only 3rd party.

once you have done it pleasse also tell me the process i have similar need
