Nadzmyrah your ans is correct should be govt, rule like that but must are company not doing that,, may every company have a own rule .. thats hard for workers ,,,,

Unless specially provided for by the company, an employee who works on night shift is bound to the same rules as those who work on regular working hours. One benefit is you get a night premium (i.e., plus at least 50% of your basic rate on hours worked between 9P.M. & 6A.M.), plus other benefits like being the first one to catch a sale in the mall. etc etc...
